Sayings of the month.
Do not be defeated twice. When you are defeated by injustice, unfairness, or for any other reason, do not feel pity, resentment, nor moping, or any other negative feeling or you will be defeated twice.
"Resentment is like drinking poison and hoping it will kill your enemies." Nelson Mandela, the man who rose from prisoner to president of South Africa
"Do not judge others. Do not judge yourself." Deepak Chopra
The bible says, be of good cheer. A good example is my old mother. One day, she woke up and looked in the mirror. She noticed she was almost bald, but she had only three hairs on the top of her head. She looked at her three hairs and was deciding, "What can I do?" A few minutes later she decided, "I'm going to braide them." So she braided them and she left out the door and she had a cheerful day.
The next morning, she woke up. She looked in the mirror, and she noticed she had only two hairs on her head. She looked at the two hairs and she was deciding, "What can I do with my hair today?" "I'm going to part my hair in the middle!" She parted her hair down the middle and she left out the door and had a cheerful day.
The next morning, she looked in the mirror and she had only one hair. She looked at her hair and she was deciding what she is going to do with her hair today, " I'm going to wear my hair in a ponytail today". She put her hair back in a ponytail and she left and had a cheerful day.
The next morning she woke up. She looked at the mirror and noticed she didn't have any hair. She looked at herself and her bald head and then she thought and thought. And she said, "Oh good, I don't have to wake up every morning, look in the mirror, and waste my time on how I am going to wear my hair each day!" Then she left out the door, and she had a wonderful day!
Often times the script had been written long ago. Have the fortitude and resolve and make the positive best of it.
"Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in getting up every time we do."
" Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. "
Instead of being concerned that you have no office, be concerned to think how you may fit yourself for office. Instead of being concerned that you are not known, see to the (be?) worthy of being known.
Success depends upon previous preparation, and without such preparation there is sure to be failure.

Never again clutter your days or nights with so many menial and unimportant things that you have no time to accept a real challenge when it comes along. This applies to play as well as work. A day merely survived is no cause for celebration. You are not here to fritter away your precious hours when you have the ability to accomplish so much by making a slight change in your routine. No more busy work. No more hiding from success. Leave time, leave space, to grow. Now. Now! Not tomorrow!
Og Mandino
"It's never too late to become the
person you might have been."
George Elliot

form of love. In return, you will receive
untold peace and happiness."

tomorrow is ours to win or to lose."

"What we think or what we know or what we believe is,
in the end, of little consequence. The only consequence
is what we do"

This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. (John 15:12)
